    Since then, we have benefited from:

    1- Freedom.
    2- Democracy.
    3- Human Rights.
    4- The Rule of Law.

    And much more besides.

    We thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts and thank your service men and women for their excellent job.

    We wish you a happy, peaceful and prosperous retirement.

    Please visit Baghdad, when it is safer, and look me up. You will be my honoured guest.
