  • A few years ago I had a dream. I was at a party and you were sitting at a piano. We were all walking around in circles as you played. I became upset. “Why are we all just walking around in circles? I called out, “Why isn’t anybody saying anything?”

Nobody responded, so I took it upon myself. I sat down next to you and said, “Mr. President, please stop this terrible war. What we need is to focus on is the environment, education and health care.” In the dream you nodded and seemed to understand. I woke up with a new feeling of hope.

Now it has been many years since I had that dream, and you never really seemed to get the message. I don’t blame you, I blame everybody who just kept walking around in circles without speaking up. Now it’s time for all of us to make a change. I have a new dream. A dream in which we all stand up and take responsibility. This is our world, we can make it better.

I’m sorry that you didn’t get my message George, but hopefully the next candidate will. Enjoy your retirement.

    2. This has been a very difficult 8 years. Our Country has gone from surplus’s to debt and war. Bush II will go down as a horrid President in History.

My hope is that people will see that McCain will bring more of the same. If we do not change course now it will be too late on so many fronts.

I hope Bush will retire and never be heard from again along with the rest of the Bush clan.

Dear Mr. Bush... It's been a long, long road for sure, both for the American people and for you as well I am sure. Personally I am glad to see you go and I bet you're glad to be going. I can assure you that many Americans will not think fondly on your time in office nor will they…  more »
