Thank God It’s Over

    • For the first time ever in my forty-eight years of life, I am ashamed to call myself American. My country is now “the bad guy”, thanks to your actions as president.

    For the first time since the end of the “Cold War”, I am afraid of global conflict. This too,is your doing.

    For the first time in my adult life, I have gone hungry, having to choose between buying food and buying gasoline so that I could get to work. Again, a result of your gross mismanagement of the economy, and your insane policy in the Middle East.

    WE HAVE SURVIVED your presidency, and, God willing, we will begin to repair some of the damage you have done.

    I will celebrate your departure.
