My goodness. Reading this is painful enough without all the misspellings and the poor grammar. Here is a corrected version of your nonsense:

Dear President Bush,
I hope you are doing well. It has been great having you as a President. I think you are a great President. You try hard to make this country better and I really thank you for that. I’m writing this letter to you to let you know you are a wonderful President for these past eight years and hate to see you go. I would vote for you again if you could again run for President. I also think people should respect you and stop saying mean things about you. I wish the best for you.
