No other president ever did a better job than you,
- In your support of big business, the rich, the oil interests, and the military/industrial complex;
- In lacking compassionate judgment and in following a VP’s evil directives;
- In decimating the environment;
- In consistently lying with a straight face;
- In ignoring the deaths and injuries to our troops, our friends, and our enemies that are directly attributable to your misguided decisions to wage wars that can’t be won;
- In being completely ignorant of science;
- In the belief that your views of God should be the country’s;
- In successful stacking of the courts—in particular the Supreme Court—with ill-equipped jurors; and
- In believing that your tenure will be viewed as not the worst presidency in American history.
Rest easy: your place in history is assured. We say farewell with great joy and relief. May your God bless at least some of your actions and inactions. (Mine won’t.)
