George,

I have a hard time blaming the multiple problems of your tenure on you personally. Much of the blame lies with your boss, the citizens of the United States of America. Due to their gross negligence, they failed to fire you in 2004.

However, you racked up sordid record in your first four years. Your criminal violation of our civil rights (warrantless wiretapping, jailing and torturing an American citizen, suspending habeas corpus, et. al) is inexcusable and has our noble founding fathers turning in their graves.

Good riddance, and, as a silver lining, I hope you’ve woken our voting citizens up to the fact that they ought to pay attention, and remove someone as horrible as you from office in the future.
