Farewell 43 Image Use Agreement
By copying or making any use of this Farewell 43 image, you acknowledge that you have read and understand, and agree to, the Image Usage Agreement below that governs your use of the Image. If you do not agree to the Agreement’s terms, do not copy or use the Image in any way, unless you have written permission signed by Farewell 43.
Usage Agreement
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you may use the Image solely in whole to create a hyperlink to the Farewell 43 web site. The Image must link to www.Farewell43.com only. You may not alter, or modify the Image, in whole or in part, for any reason. This right to use is personal to you and is not transferable by you to another party.
As between you and Farewell 43, Farewell 43 is and shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of the Image. The Image is provided by Farewell 43 on an “as is” basis, without warranty of any kind, including non-infringement or ownership. You, not Farewell 43, are responsible for your use of the Image. Any misuse of the Image or breach of this Agreement will cause Farewell 43 irreparable harm. Farewell 43 is either an owner or licensee of the image, not an agent for the owner.
