Dear Mr. Bush,
As this is a glorious day for America, I wanted to thank you for all the “changes” you’ve made to our country.
I agree, The Constitution is just a piece of paper, like you said.
But I think we should try keeping it around. It’s done a pretty good job so far.
I hope you realize, as I’m typing this, I’m fearful that my information will end up in a database somewhere and that I’ll end up in an offshore court, without legal representation as a result of this letter.
But it’s a risk I’m willing to take.
For better or for worse, you most certainly won’t be forgotten. As oil prices, energy, and unemployment rises everyday, I can’t help but think how it affects you.
In fact, how much do the American people really effect your decisions? They most certainly didn’t effect your re-election. We will take every step to dismantle the Patriot Act and restore liberty to this great country.
I think it’s time we had someone with a little more sympathy towards the people and not the Military Industrial Complex.
Goodbye Mr. President.
Thanks for the police state.
